During the holidays, you may be overwhelmed with all of the planning and gatherings you need to attend. I know it can be for me, but having a quick and easy recipe has helped me save time and know that everyone will love it. Try these peanut butter bars for your next holiday gathering or to keep in your fridge as a snack!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
5 tbsp honey
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Line a small pan with tin foil or parchment paper. Press down the dough with a spatula to make it flat. Sprinkle on some sea salt and freeze for 30-40 minutes.
