Spinach Artichoke Dip

I hosted the Super Bowl party at my house this year and I decided to try to make one of my favorite appetizers a little healthier. This dip was incredibly easy to make and it was a hit! Can be used for any special occasion.


Ingredients

-10 oz spinach

-1 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

-14 oz chopped and canned artichoke hearts

-2 garlic cloves chopped

- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

-2/3 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese

-6 oz fat-free feta cheese


Directions

1) Throw all ingredients into a large bowl

2) Preheat oven to 350 F

3) Cook for 30-35 minutes

4) Broil for a few minutes ago the end to get a crisp top
